Treibach, Althofen: Carinthia’s largest PV plant has now been completed on an area of seven hectares. With an output of 7.3 MWp, the site of Treibacher Industrie AG is optimally used for power generation. The plant was built on behalf of Treibacher Industrie AG (TIAG) and will produce around 8.5 GWh of electricity per year. The ground-mounted plant covers part of the Carinthian industrial company’s electricity needs from renewable energy sources, saving around 5,760 tons of CO2 per year. The project was completed on schedule and the last module has already been installed.
